Curry Condiments!

This month we are going to tell you all about the different little teasers that we serve with our range of great food. Whether you are wanting to add some flavour to enhance that curry, or just find something that will bring that poppadom to life, here is your essential guide.

Onion Raita or Cucumber Raita

A raita is a very traditional Indian dish with a rich yoghurt base – perfect for dipping into, or cooling a fiery meal. The focus here is on freshness, so whether you want the tang of onion, or coolness of cucumber, these are perfect all through your meal.

Mixed Pickle

A traditional Indian pickle, slightly sharp to the taste, but perfect smeared over a poppadom!

Mango Chutney

The traditional smooth flavour of chunky mango. Ideal as a dip, but also works a dream when mixed with rice.

Lime Pickle

The marmite of Indian pickles – you love it or you hate it! Intense flavoured and textured sun dried lime with the sharpness of vinegar – a delight!

Onion Salad

Sharp onion finely cut and the taste tempered with a subtle mix of herbs and spices. Surprisingly refreshing and not at strong tasting as you would expect!
