Popeye always enjoyed his spinach, sadly for him it was almost always straight from the can – certainly not the way we’d recommend having it.
This classic lamb dish relies on Popeye’s favourite ingredient as well as the most tender pieces of lamb, with a mix of herbs and spices.
For us only fresh ingredients will do – so nothing here has been anywhere near a tin, just cooked from scratch by our talented Indian chefs. A dish to enjoy with chapattis to pick up the chunks of lamb before wiping the plate clean.
